The Aga Khan International Conciliation and Arbitration Board (“ICAB”) is dedicated towards providing the best quality of services to its beneficiaries (the Ismaili Community globally). In its endeavor to constantly upgrade the best practices in mediation skills the Conciliation and Arbitration Board (CAB) for India recently arranged for CPD’s (Continuous Professional Development) for  all its members at three locations; Mumbai , Ahmedabad and Lonavla. 

Dr. Farida Virani, HOD Professor MET – IOM, Mr. Ashraf Ramji from USA , Mr. Akber Ebrahim from Canada , Mr. Sohail Khoja and Mr. Shaukat Merchant from India were amongst the trainers who trained the CAB members in India.  These CEDR (Center of Effective Dispute Resolution – London) certified trainers are amongst the Time and Knowledge (TKN) Volunteers who deliver training internationally in 18 countries without charges (pro-bono services) to serve the community.
