Dr. Farida Virani was invited to conduct a workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace with an objective to orient and educate their top management towards creating a safe working culture. The workshop focused on providing a fundamental understanding of the PoSH Law, enabling Sahyadri Farms to be compliant while creating a sensitized workforce.  The rights, duties and obligations of all parties were brought out very clearly and the consequences of non-compliance explained with examples and case studies.
