The Gem and Jewellery Skill Council of India (GJSCI) has conducted a seminar titled 'Imparting knowledge through digitisation at the opening day of the India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) 2015. The topic touched upon the various facets of technology and its correct and efficient usage to empower e-learning in the context of gem and jewellery industry. Nilay Yajnik, a professional in the field of program management, learning services and business development; Prashant Deshpande, a specialist in areas of leadership and skill development; Ambarish Datta, executive director of BFSI Sector Skill Council of India and Farida Virani, head of department, MET Institute of Management shared their experience in the field of digitisation of learning as panelists.
